Lee Chapman

President

Lee Chapman grew up in San Antonio and attended school in the Northside School District. Graduating from Taft High School in 1997, Lee spent a few years as a store manager for General Nutrition Centers.

In 1999, Lee Chapman began his career in the PEO industry at nineteen years old. As a motivated young professional, Lee received expert training from industry veterans while working for several national professional employer organizations including Epix Staffing and Unique Staffing.

As an account representative, Lee continually won top company sales awards by intently listening to his customers needs and matching those needs with a quality PEO plan.

Throughout his employment, Lee understood that no single solution would satisfy every employer. He began to recognize a need in the business community for a professional PEO broker that could identify customer needs and provide a preeminent but affordable PEO service. As a broker, Lee could present his customers with a wide range of options and choices from several industry leading professional employer organizations.

In 2004 Lee launched The PEO Link, Inc., a PEO brokerage house representing the industries top PEO service providers. Today, Lee provides his customers with the best representation available to help them choose a PEO service that will excel at providing the best PEO service at the most affordable price.

Lee has lived in the San Antonio area for twenty-plus years with his wife, two daughters and his son. In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with his children, playing golf, weight lifting, hunting and fishing.

Michael Miller


Vice President

Michael is a native Texan and has lived a large portion of his life right here in south central Texas. His first business venture, a small five man commercial flooring operation, subcontracted with several national flooring manufacturers. There he learned early on that an organized business was the key to success. After discovering a passion for business, he decided a career change to professional business consulting was in order.

Working as an Account Executive with Intuit, one of the world’s largest software companies, Michael soon rose to the top of his field in the payroll software and human resource industry. In the 4 years spent with Intuit, he was consistently the top producer in his region and was promoted to Major Accounts where he contracted with many of San Antonio’s largest employers.

With over 11 years of experience in the payroll and HR field, Michael joined the PEO Link, Inc. in 2005 and serves as the Vice President for The PEO Link, Inc. He is a hands on leader and takes a very involved approach with each PEO Link, Inc. client. As an active member of the San Antonio business community, he continues to consult companies of all sizes, integrating their payroll, accounting and point-of-sale systems with one or more of the many comprehensive solutions offered by The PEO Link, Inc.

Today Michael lives in San Antonio with his wife, Sarah, and his son, Mickey. Michael is an avid outdoorsman and has fished in 35 states and 5 countries. He makes regular trips to the Texas gulf coast for fishing and hunting excursions with friends and family.

Luke Kersh

PEO/Insurance Coordinator

Luke grew up in West Texas before moving to South Texas as a teen. After graduating from Pleasanton High School in 1992, Luke attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas.

Luke used his years at Howard Payne University to gain experience in a broad range of fields, including four years experience on the university newspaper staff and serving as an executive officer of his fraternity. Luke graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.

After college, Luke began working in risk management in the rental car industry. His nine-year career in the field took him to various places including Victoria, Seguin, San Antonio, Houston, and Little Rock, Arkansas. During his time in the rental car industry, Luke won four international awards for excellence in his field.

Luke’s career also included a stint in sales management for a major package delivery company. During this time, Luke received three letters of national recognition for his outstanding efforts.

Luke eventually obtained his insurance broker’s license. By partnering with the brokerage firm “The PEO Link, Inc.”, Luke offers his customers cost effective human resources services and discount worker’s compensation insurance packages. In addition, Luke can provide cost effective insurance products through the partnership with the brokerage firms such as "Assurant Plus" & “Woodmen of the World”.

Today Luke is happily married to his wife of over 10 years, Bridgett. Together they are raising two wonderful daughters, Madilyn Victoria and Karley Olivia.
